The seventh edition of the Salon du Chocolat Brussels (Brussels Chocolate Salon), a fair reuniting over a hundred chocolate makers, pastry chefs, confectioners, and cocoa producers, opened here Thursday in the Belgian capital. The fair kicked off with the traditional Chocolate Fashion Show, showcasing around a dozen spectacular creations dreamed up by duos of Belgian chocolatiers and designers. In the next three days, several events are lined up for visitors of all ages, including demonstration of recipes by the great chefs and chocolate makers, as well as tastings and pastry lessons.
