Gold price opens lower in Hong Kong

HONG KONG, March 21 (Xinhua) -- The gold price in Hong Kong went down 18 Hong Kong dollars to open at 12,280 dollars (about 1,565.44 U.S. dollars) per tael on Wednesday, according to the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society. (1 U.S. dollar equals to 7.84 HK dollars)
